Ugly space? Don't know her. Unsellable space? Never heard of her.

HA! All jokes aside, there are some very challenging spaces in some of the homes we are asked to sell. Of course we have a sellers best interest at heart and we want to sell fast and for top dollar.

The space pictured below was in a large home, in a beautiful neighborhood. It also had good curb appeal but the inside was very dated. The sweet elderly woman selling her home had left every corner of this house just as she had it while she raised her children all those years ago! I can't say I blame her but, when her Real Estate agent walked into this property, she knew she had her work cut out for her!

The owner and her family didn't want to change much. The home owner, being in her 90's, didn't have the money nor the desire to overhaul her home so, the sellers agent called us! We have taken on projects just like this before and she knew we could handle it.

Yes, this space was a challenge but we reworked and re-imagined the space without a drop of paint or any additional expense!

Remodeling is time consuming and expensive. Staging is fast and affordable. We can take the "so called" unsellable and turn it into a beautiful space. This allows the seller to move on quickly and the new owners to have the chance to make their new home their own.

If you are told, all kinds of cosmetic work is necessary, it's just not true.
